Ship to Rokid
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
